MOTIVE ANALYSIS

I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT BECAUSE: I don’t like the way I look and I want to feel more confident about myself.

MY FEELINGS ABOUT MY WEIGHT ARE: I am not horribly overweight, however, I do have some extra pounds especially around the tummy and hips.

FOOD IS: Evil. Just kidding. It’s good when you eat the right things.

MY FAMILY VIEW MY WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS AS: Pointless.

MY PARTNER VIEWS MY WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS AS: Not a bad idea but not necessary either.

WEIGHT LOSS HISTORY

TYPE OF DIET: Not eating properly. (eating very little)

HOW LONG IT WORKED: A couple of weeks.

EXERCISE: Dancing?

WHY IT SUCCEEDED: Had motivation, went down to 106lb.

WHY IT FAILED: Got stuck in a rut of eating junk.

ONE WORD THAT COMES TO MIND ABOUT THIS PROGRAM: Repeat? (It was working)

LEARNING ANALYSIS

MY BIGGEST STRENGTH IS: Motivation, being able to not eat very much. (If I actually don’t want to, that’s tricky to understand but I do)

MY BIGGEST WEAKNESS: Getting stuck in a rut of eating crap food but not even enjoying it.

I ENJOY: Walking, music, knowing that a diet is working.

I DISLIKE: Not getting fast results, pigging out, ALL THIS FAT SOMETIMES TOO.
